Happy New Year! This is my first entry of 2001. I'd like to take this journal entry to thank my web designer and (jedi) master, Matt Mascolo
for taking the time to create this webpage. I know it takes so much time because I'm in the other room watching General Hospital tapes from the week while he is in here
swearing and getting everything just right. I know it takes him many hours. And I appreciate his fine work.
One thing that's great about dating a musician/creative type is that you can support each other and relate. I spent last Saturday night at Matt's sound gig. I helped him do
sound and found that it was really fun working as his assistant! I learned a lot and found out that I knew more about sound production than I thought,
but it was just nice to do something for him. I know it doesn't make up for all the tireless hours he has spent on this website (he is a perfectionist and takes forever to do
things--like unloading the dishwasher--I think I'm twice as fast at that!), but everytime I go out of my way to do something for him, maybe it kind of makes up for some
of the time he spends on this godamn computer.
After all, it's his baby, too!
